About Multiply

‍

Multiply is an AI-native mortgage company making homeownership more accessible and affordable. We pair experienced mortgage advisors with technology to deliver exceptional rates, concierge service, and a better customer experience. Through over 1,200 partnerships with employers, benefits brokers, PEOs, and platforms, we offer home financing and homeownership tools as a free employee benefit.

Our team previously built consumer technology products at Uber, Square, DoorDash, and Google. We bring that same focus on customer experience to one of the largest financial decisions people make. Multiply is backed by Kleiner Perkins and A*, as well as founders and executives from Ramp, Plaid, Figma, DoorDash, Notion, Instacart, and more.

‍

The Role

‍

Multiply is hiring a GTM Associate to grow our employer partnerships and help build a repeatable go-to-market motion. This is a full-cycle sales role: you will source opportunities, lead conversations with HR, People, and Benefits leaders, close partnerships, and help turn signed agreements into successful launches.

You will work closely with the COO and GTM team, with direct responsibility for your pipeline and results. We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial judgment with disciplined execution: understands the buyer, knows their deals, follows through on commitments, and takes action when results fall short.

‍

What You Will Do

‍

  • Build your own pipeline through targeted research, outbound email and calls, referrals, and partner relationships. Prioritize accounts by workforce fit, employee reach, and likelihood of launch.
  • Own the full sales cycle with HR, People, Benefits, and Finance leaders, from first outreach through signed agreement and implementation.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM with current stages, employee counts, stakeholder details, meeting notes, risks, and expected signing and launch dates. Distinguish confirmed commitments from assumptions.
  • Own a weekly plan against your goals. Share concise progress updates, flag stalled deals and forecast changes early, and propose specific actions to close gaps.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on implementation, employer communications, and employee engagement.
  • Test outreach and messaging, measure conversion, and document what works. Use AI and sales tools to improve research and execution while checking the accuracy of your work.
  • Bring customer feedback to Product and Marketing, and help improve sales materials, demos, and repeatable playbooks.

‍

What Will Make You Successful

‍

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, including responsibility for sourcing and closing deals. A record of meeting targets and clear examples of opportunities you created yourself.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. You can explain a new benefit clearly, uncover a real need, and manage a sale involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Consistent ownership and follow-through. You turn plans into action, meet deadlines, and keep colleagues informed without repeated reminders.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with numbers. You can validate employee counts, interpret conversion rates, and explain the assumptions behind your pipeline and forecast.
  • Strong organization across multiple active opportunities. You know the status of your deals, anticipate blockers, and keep commitments and records current.
  • Clear, concise writing and confident communication. You prepare for meetings, tailor your materials, and deliver work that is accurate and ready to share.
  • Coachability and initiative. You apply feedback quickly, try new approaches when a deal stalls, and adapt to changing priorities in an early-stage company.
  • Interest in fintech, financial wellness, and helping people make better long-term financial decisions.

‍

Nice to Haves

‍

  • Experience selling to HR, Benefits, or Finance buyers.
  • Early-stage startup experience building sales processes, outbound campaigns, or account launch plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and practical applications of AI in sales.
